Thank you for shopping with BMS Puzzles! We're committed to getting your puzzles, books, and gifts to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Print-on-Demand Items Some items (such as apparel and mugs) are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. These may ship separately from other items in your order and can take an additional 3–5 business days to produce before shipping.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available at checkout for select destinations.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
